From the outset Aspirations’ quote was the most realistic and demonstrated the greatest value for money. During the quotation process and immediately afterwards, they took us through step by step the stages of the build and the expected timelines.
This was extremely important to us as we had intended to put our home on the market to sell prior to the completion of our new build. They took the time to explain the technical terms in easy to understand language. Questions that we did have were answered promptly. Throughout the build, all processes ran to schedule. If a workman was to start on a due date, he started on that date. There were no cost blow outs and all costs were upfront and clearly outlined in the building contract.
