The Essentials Pack promotion will be available for customers who choose to design and build with Aspiration Homes and choose from one of the following standard inclusions; Live Well, Aspire or Envie. If this promotion is not chosen, no credits/discounts will apply. This offer is not redeemable for cash or transferable to alternative items. †Air conditioning includes a $1,500 voucher towards 2 x split system units, with a maximum value of $3,000 for Single storey designs, and a $1,500 voucher towards ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with a maximum value of $15,000 for Double storey designs. Should the final house design require larger or additional systems to meet minimum capacity guidelines, or require 3 phase power, extra charges will apply. Solar System Panel and inverter box locations will be at Builders discretion, additional costs will apply if tilt frames are required for panels to achieve adequate solar orientation. Steel Frames are as per manufacturers specifications and based on N2 wind rating. Reduced warranties are applicable for building within corrosion environments and additional costs apply. Aspiration Homes reserves the right to substitute items with equivalent products at any time and to use alternate suppliers other than where specified in the new home contract.
